Acts Alive is a Christian Neighbourhood Network dedicated to reaching out to all sectors of the community through committed teams of mature and caring believers.
We bring a message of hope and encouragement while endeavouring to meet the needs of the whole person; caring for those who have been damaged by life’s experiences, and are in need of healing and restoration, or just providing warm and meaningful fellowship for those who seek it.
Through the operation of small and intimate home groups hospitality is extended. Warm and valuable friendships are developed. In this environment Biblical wisdom and values are demonstrated by lifestyle dynamics.
Ancient wisdom for a new age.
In this setting we teach foundational and timeless values to bring empowerment, character development and victory over destructive lifestyles, addictions, relational difficulties and problems that seem unique to this modern age. We can say to those who really want to see changes for the better – here in lies real answers to real problems.

And through:
• Showing forth the “Love of God” in relatable ways to the whole person. Spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically.
• Teaching and imparting friendship and teamwork.
• Encouraging, equipping and mobilizing Christians into effective discipleship and service.

WHAT IS THE CHURCH?
It is the Bible believing – born again – Christians that have acknowledged Jesus Christ as Saviour, submitted to His Lordship and live in obedience to the Bible.
On occasions we connect and interact with other believing Christians to serve God in specific tasks. The people of God, or Kingdom of God extends much wider than any one group.

Projecting the vision that it’s possible for the Church to move into this new day with the full gospel of :
• Faith, hope, love and compassion
• Knowing the Word and living the Word
• Extending social and community concern.
• Operating in the Holy Spirit, releasing the power giftings and healing ministeries.
• Not forgetting health and nutritional care.
